Astrea Zendesk Analytics Connector is an Einstein Analytics Connector. This app is used to connect Zendesk with Einstein Analytics. It supports point and click Graphical User Interface which is very simple and easy to use.
Zendesk Analytics Connector is a Lightning ready app that synchronizes Zendesk Tickets and Users details to Salesforce Einstein Analytics Studio.
This App fetches data from Zendesk Tickets & Users and creates datasets by uploading(via API) it into Einstein Analytics Studio.
Zendesk Analytics Connector App provides a form to fill the Zendesk Domain Name, Username and Password to get access to the Zendesk.
Users can schedule the batch Jobs to get all the data from Zendesk to Analytics Studio. Also, there is a provision to immediately run the batch with the click of a button.
After Creating Datasets, different lenses of insights can be developed for the Dashboard.
How does the app work?
Enter the Domain name, Username and Password of your Zendesk Account and click on the Save Credentials button.
To get a domain name visit Zendesk site at https://www.zendesk.com/login/ then log in with your Zendesk Account credentials or signup for a new one if you don’t have one.
Click Tickets and Users Buttons to get data.
To regularly refresh the datasets, you can schedule the jobs by clicking on schedule buttons.
Reauthorize button will delete all custom settings and schedule jobs of the app.
Analytics Studio button will redirect you to Einstein Analytics.
