The client faced significant inefficiencies in the generation of donor communications and receipts, particularly:

  • Manual generation of Annual Receipts, which was time-consuming and resource-intensive.
  • A need to filter donation data to include only transactions from the preceding financial year in the annual receipts.
  • Separate receipt generation required for specific donation types: Memorial, Bequest, and Proceeds, which were not automated.

  • List View Button: Created a custom button that allows the client to download all annual receipts in a single consolidated PDF, significantly reducing manual effort.
  • Template Development:

    • Annual Receipt Template: Customized to include only the previous financial year’s donations.
    • Bequest Receipt Template
    • Memorial Receipt Template
    • Proceeds Receipt Template

Astrea leveraged Conga Composer to dynamically merge data and automate the generation of the respective documents directly within Salesforce.
