Our Client is a UK based charity devoted specifically to the cause of a particular kind of Arthritis. The organization’s staff works closely with all its Members, Volunteers, and a panel of Medical and Allied Health Professional Advisors to coordinate, fund and deliver high quality member services for all affected by Arthritis.


  • Was currently using Salesforce but it was not customized to their needs.
  • There was no centralized place for viewing pending callers and available volunteers.
  • The organization spent a lot of time assigning volunteers to patients, which was a hindrance to their ongoing growth.
  • The process to identify suitable volunteers was very time consuming. There was no simple user interface to do specific searches according to the required attributes.


We developed a sophisticated Visualforce page. It worked like an integrated console and helped manage the organization’s callers, volunteers and members in an efficient way. It performed the following functions-
