Steps to create VisualForce Email Template
- From Setup, enter Email Templates in the Quick Find box, then select Classic Email Templates.

- Enter a name in Email Template Name.
- Desired, choose a different character set from the Encoding dropdown list.

- In the Related To Type dropdown list, select the object from which the template retrieves merge field data.
- Click Save.
