FreshConnect: Freshdesk Salesforce Integration

Freshconnect is a Salesforce app that allow to connects Freshdesk System with Salesforce and Salesforce with Freshdesk i.e. two-way connection is established through this app. It supports point and click graphical UI which is simple and easy to use.

It provides bi-directional sync functionality hence a wide variety of features are available for connecting Salesforce to Freshdesk and vice-versa.

User can perform operations like “Create Ticket(s)”, “Update Ticket(s)”, “View Ticket(s) Reply”, “Create Reply” and “Create Privacy Note” for any Contact record(s) of Salesforce using the app.
