- Custom fields were created in Mailchimp as per the client’s specific requirements to ensure a seamless transition.
- Salesforce to Mailchimp Integration:
- Beaufort12, a Salesforce connector for Mailchimp, was installed and configured. This allowed for seamless data synchronization between the two platforms.
- Mapping Mailchimp Fields to Salesforce Fields: The team mapped Mailchimp fields to their corresponding Salesforce fields to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- A Field History Tracking Report was provided to the client to keep track of changes to contact records.
- Recreation of Email Templates, Forms, Tags, and Newsletters:
- The Astrea team recreated existing email templates, forms, tags, and newsletters from Pardot into Mailchimp to ensure that marketing campaigns could continue without interruption.
- Automations: New automations were created in Mailchimp to trigger actions such as adding contacts as campaign members when they subscribed to new campaigns.
- Optimization of Salesforce Duplicate Rules:
