This app automatically checks for the phone number of records and helps in saving time of the sales team. Astrea has integrated this feature with an online portal which contains various parameters for checking phone number validity. There are 2 modes in which app works. User can choose 'Basic' mode to clean all phone fields on Leads, Accounts, and Contacts and 'Advanced' mode if they want it to run RingsTrue on one specified Object.
The user can also schedule check regularly by using 'RingsTrue Schedule' section of the screen or they can run check Weekly or Monthly. The user can choose either the day of the week or the day/time in the month it should run.
The user can perform check record manually for each and every record. Checkbox is set to True when all numbers are verified. The fields can be arranged as per user choice.
