Business challenge
The Client already has multiple Salesforce user licenses to cater different department users. The client is using Salesforce to capture all information related to their customers including visits to the clinic, services provided.
The client started looking for a low-cost solution which can grant Sales distributors access to Salesforce.
Astrea Approach
Astrea IT team worked with the client stakeholders to understand the requirements and the challenges. The team suggested a custom solution of creating a Salesforce site which will be hosted on Force.com by using the Visualforce pages.

- Dashboard screen created by using LWC which showcased Accounts and related details managed by an individual Sales rep
- Salesforce Site is seamlessly integrated with Salesforce.
- The team has created a security measure for the Sales user.
