View All Fields Permission
With the Spring ’25 release, managing field-level access has become much more efficient. The new View All Field Permissions feature allows admins to grant users complete visibility of all fields on an object with a single setting, saving time and effort.
This is especially helpful when new fields are added, as there’s no need to manually search through the entire field list. Simply enabling this checkbox ensures instant access, making it a game-changer for roles like auditors and analysts. A small update with a big impact!

Flow Builder - Exploring Version History
As part of the Spring '25 release in Salesforce, Flow Builder introduces a helpful update. You can now open different flow versions in separate tabs directly within the Flow Builder.
This allows you to easily compare versions side by side without leaving the canvas. It makes debugging quicker and more efficient, as you can instantly spot differences and address any issues.
-
Sending Email with Attachments
In the latest update to Flow, you can now send emails with attachments directly through the Send Email action.
This enhancement allows you to easily attach files by including the attachment ID in your email, streamlining the process of sharing important documents. It’s a simple but powerful feature, making your email workflows even more efficient.
-
Flexibility in Get Records Action
With the latest update in Flow, you now have more control over the Get Records action. You can choose to retrieve All records or limit the results to a specified number.
This flexibility helps you tailor data retrieval to your specific needs, whether you want to work with all available records or just a subset, improving performance and making your flows more efficient.
-
Customizable Email Templates for Welcoming New Users
With the Spring '25 release, Salesforce has introduced the ability to send customized email templates for welcoming new users. In the past, Salesforce automatically sent a generic pre-built email, and there was no option to personalize it.
The only customization available was the "Link Expires" column. Now, with this update, we can fully personalize the email content, making the user onboarding experience more tailored and engaging.
-
Improved User and Role Management: Enhanced List Views
- Enhanced Permission Set List View – The new, faster interface on the Users Setup page allows for easier management of users, streamlining the process with a more intuitive design.
-
Enhanced Role List View – Creating and managing roles is now smoother, thanks to an upgraded user experience that makes it easier to navigate and organize roles efficiently.
These updates aim to improve workflow, saving time and enhancing overall user management.
-
Streamlined Control for Pausing and Resuming Apex Scheduled Jobs
Salesforce now offers the ability to programmatically pause and resume Apex scheduled jobs using new methods in the System class. This enhancement provides a more efficient alternative to manually managing jobs through the Setup UI.
The following methods are now available:
- pauseJobByName()
- pauseJobById()
- resumeJobByName()
- resumeJobById()
These methods enable you to manage jobs in bulk, making it easier to handle maintenance or deployment periods. By using these methods, you can pause all jobs to prevent issues, then quickly resume them once the process is complete. This improvement helps save time and enhances job management efficiency.
-
Sort List Views by Multiple Columns
You can now sort list views on object home pages by up to five columns, choosing ascending or descending order for each. To revert to sorting by a single column, simply click a column header not included in your sort.
This change applies to your personal preferences and can't be saved as a default. This feature was introduced based on your feedback on IdeaExchange.
-
Easier Management of Public Groups with Access Summary Enhancements
Now, for any public group, you can view the sharing rules and list views for all objects where the group is used for access.
Previously, you had to select each object individually. Additionally, you can also see all the queues that are associated with a specific public group.
-
Merge Collections Using the Transform Element
You can now merge source collections from related flow resources into a single target collection using the Transform element.
For instance, you can combine order data from an external system with Salesforce order records, resulting in a unified data structure. This combined data can then be displayed in a flow screen as a table, showing each order along with its corresponding amount and
