In the Lightning App Builder,On the left hand side Select utility Item .Click on Add utility item to Find “To Do List”. Select “To Do List” and click on save.

Using the To Do List Component:
Step 1:Creating Tasks:
To create a task, click on the To Do List component on the lower part of page .Click on New Task Enter the task details such as the task name, due date, priority, and any additional information. Save the task, and it will be added to your To Do List.

Step 2:Managing Tasks:
Within the To Do List, you can view and manage your tasks. You can mark tasks as complete by clicking on the “Mark Complete” button. To edit task details, update due dates, or add comments, simply click on the task and make the necessary changes.
