Job Description

Key responsibilities for the role include developing applications in Apex and Visualforce. Tasks may include development and maintenance of Apex Triggers, batches and web services, developing Lightning components etc.

Necessary Skill set-

  • Apex Development, LWC and Visualforce
  • Experience in Lightning design and Lightning Components
  • Experience in Integrations
  • Experience in Community cloud preferable
  • Workflows, Approval Processes, Flow and Validation Rules
  • Web Services, SOAP, XML

Job Description

2 to 7 years Solid hands-on experience in implementing Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud. Experience with designing responsive Salesforce Communities / Storefront Buyer Experiences. Salesforce B2B Commerce product knowledge with experience in features like product hierarchy, storefront association, Account Group, price list, page labels, indexing etc.

Necessary Skill set-

  • Salesforce B2B Commerce CC Admin expertise.
  • experience in implementing Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud
  • Knowledge of Remote action integration.
  • Salesforce B2B Commerce product knowledge with experience in features like product hierarchy, storefront association, Account Group, price list, page labels, indexing etc.
  • Customize Salesforce B2B Commerce OOTB (out of the box) flow.
  • Salesforce B2B Commerce feature customization using Salesforce Metadata.
  • B2B commerce Cloud Certification preferred not Mandatory.
  • Good communication Skills.

3 to 7 years of experience with Service Cloud, Knowledge, Live Agent, Customer Community, Chatter and understanding web services API. In Depth understanding of cases and other areas such as Service Contracts, case management, entitlements, Milestones, Communities, Live Agent, and Knowledge base.

Necessary Skill set-

  • Salesforce Service Cloud Technical/Functional Skills
  • Hands on Customization APEX, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, Test Class etc.
  • Service Cloud Certification preferred not Mandatory.
  • Hands on experience in handling amendments and renewal implementation
  • Designed and developed solutions using Service Cloud automation (Flow, process builder, quick actions, macros, quick text)
  • In Depth understanding of cases and other areas such as Service Contracts, case management, entitlements, Milestones, Communities, Live Agent, and Knowledge base.
  • Experience with Service Cloud, Knowledge, Live Agent, Customer Community, Chatter and understanding web services API.
  • Good Communication Skills.
