The process starts with Accounts, which are the central hub in Salesforce for organizations, companies, households, or individuals business engages with. They store key details like company name, address, phone, industry, and type, serving as the parent record for Contacts, Opportunities, and other child objects. No documents are generated at this stage.

Then the process moved to Contact representing individuals linked to Accounts. It is used to store information like name, phone, email, capturing full personal details and relationships. No documents are generated at this stage.

  • Billing stage: Fee Agreement is sent.
  • Settlement stage: Settlement document
  • Regulatory Filing stage: Court/Regulatory Filing document is sent.

After the document is signed, the Signing Status will automatically update, and the signed document will be attached to the related record.
